THE DEER!!!

Yes those with remarkable horn is my favorite thing about this place. However still there are another things that makes me want to come over again and again such as the fresh air, the shades of camp adventure ( i used to be a scout boy in junior high school ) and many more. Though i've never try how it feels like to spend the night here, i believe that it would be worth to pay due to it's convenient which offered by its nature. Did i forget to mention that you can actually feed the deer ?

Pengalengan

Lots of unexplored spot and also still not draw lot of attention are the best way to describe this place. With tea plantation scene along the road makes me feel so chill and relax, such a sweet escape from the unhealthy atmosphere of the city. Timing is not a problem for Pengalengan, you don't have to come early to get cool photos due to the variety of it scenes makes Pengalengan will always makes you smiling when you come home

Patenggang Lake

Believed as one of the folklore's evidence by people of West Java, Situ which means Lake in sundanese is one of the most visited place to enjoy nature in Bandung. According to local resident this lake actually has shape like heart, which believed made by a man who falling in love with a girl and this lake represents his heart. Another thing that i like about this place besides the calm scene is you can find local resident that selling their local food which tasted really good yet affordable.

Moko Hills

Hill of Stars, that's the way people calling it. This place actually was one of location that located near by the centre of Bandung City. Not quite different with Tebing Keraton this place offers mist and sunrise as it centre of attention when you make a visit. What makes it different is when standing at certain point and throw away your sight you'll feel like you were flying above the clouds. Yes you got nothing to see except the sunrise, the clouds, and fog ( only if you come early in the morning ). It's not stop just right there, Bukit Moko offers you another option to explore which is bunch of mysterious yet spooky pines tree.

Tebing Keraton

Got famous by Instagram ( Read more about Tebing Keraton )

That's the first thing will across on my mind when i heard about Tebing Keraton. Lots of Instagram-ers came to this place and try their best to capture the view from top with mist and sunrise. Some people including me had to come early in the morning around 4-5 AM to get best shades of morning scene. Sadly, because it's been draw up such an overwhelming attention and get renowned lots of people came to this place, so if you'd like to make a visit make sure you will not come on Weekend unless if you willing to put on queuing list to take photos by the edge of cliff which is the best spot where you can enjoy.

Ranca Bali

The green thing!

As far as i throw away my sight green was the most dominant colour that i'll see. As i've mentioned before on header, Bandung surrounded by mountain and hill so no wonder if most of the local resident being tea gardener to support their living. Even though i got nothing else except tea plantation to see, i'll still consider Rancabali as one of must visit scenery spot to get captured in a frame.

On this second visit me and my friend were little out of the schedule because we should be set out from the 5:30 AM of the morning, but due to one reason or another we eventually leave around 5 strike through the cold morning air of Bandung.

This second story was totally different, if you ever read my story about the first visit that i made to this place ( Read: Tebing Keraton - Closer to The Edge ), things are really out of our control. First up when we intercepted by some local youths that hold us and explained that there is no vehicle could passed through the housing road before six in the morning. I am personally very surprised because at previous visit I was able to get even before five in the morning, like it or not we finally waited until 6am.

Bye bye sunrise can not catch up with you this time.

Whether maybe because the beauty of Keraton Cliffs has gone overwhelming spreading across the country or because we went at the weekend. When we finally set our foot, there was already a lot of people who come there. Even some tours group if I'm not mistaken are queuing to get into Keraton Cliff area. It's so different, we couldn't truly enjoy this early beauty. Our efforts ended with vain. Too much people, disturbing indeed. Don't want to be selfish but we can not take pictures the way we want. When we finally set the camera and took a pose, strangers just gonna through pass us like nothing happened. Here are the photos on the second visit that I was made with two friends ( a couple actually ).

See ? We can't come to edge like the way i used to because people are queing and every single person with pleasure at least spend 10 minutes posing. no thank you i don't wanna wait. Mist are started faded btw.

Feeling had enough with this unwanted situation, we set our feet off went home. Suprisingly not even an hour we were there, unlike the first visit that took more than an hour. Too many people who want to show their existence. Too many people who take turns seeing each other and saying "when the hell they'll finished, it's my turn already"
Keraton Cliff has gone too far indeed, i don't know when people will get bored or tired of it or worst thinking it as "so-last-year" thing. But may be there's should be some rules applied regarding the time of photograph-ing session among visitors to prevent the excessive crowds in the area that people most-used, it may also bring a sense of justice for all visitors.

So, that's another story from Keraton Cliff. Maybe if you haven't been there yet then you should be hurry if you don't wanna left behind for being "people-now-days" at the most instagram-able place for Instagram.

Oh yes, i made my 3rd visit but this time i made it at the afternoon with a friend.
And These are some pictures from the 3rd visit that I've made with my friend. Actually we wanted to go D'Pakar Cafe for having an afternoon tea time, but because it was closed on Monday and located not too far from Keraton Cliff then happily i made the 3rd time visit my friend to go there.
